Responsibilities include coaching staff, assigning duties, managing safety programs, and reporting on shift activities.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate wireless technology at client sites.
• Able to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Communicate staffing needs on shift to Account/Operations Manager.
• Ensure officers receive training and develop professionally.
• Assist in managing uniforms, equipment, and vehicles at the account.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range.
• Administer safety programs and site-specific hazard procedures (JSAs).
• Manage inventories and maintenance of uniforms, equipment, and vehicles.
