Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver with Military Experience in Houston, TX. This part-time role includes driving and performing armed patrols at a retail location, maintaining a visible security presence, and delivering excellent customer service.

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols throughout retail areas, parking lots, loading areas, and surrounding property.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
• Complete detailed incident reports and communicate observations with store management and Allied Universal leadership.
