Qualifications

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• At least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to government facility personnel and visitors by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency responses.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following established protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials, and report suspicious activity or hazards to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain patrol activity, incident reports, and daily logs while handling equipment per policies and training.
