Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner per established protocols.
• Conduct regular armed patrols throughout facilities to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management and credential verification.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations to site leadership or law enforcement as appropriate.
