Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees and the public at government sites with access-control expectations.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of government buildings, parking areas and perimeter to identify issues.
• Monitor restricted access areas and verify credentials as required.
• Respond to incidents and alarms, document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
