Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer - Security Way in Houston, TX for part-time shifts. You will protect clients across Retail/Malls and other sites, performing security procedures, responding to incidents, and patrolling the area with a professional presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active armed guard card/license and Level III certification in Texas.
• 21+ years of age for armed role.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, vendors, and shoppers while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances in a calm, professional manner with armed response as required.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the grocery retail location including floors, entry/exit, parking, and perimeter.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and deter crime with a professional presence.
• Document incidents and communicate information to leadership and site contacts.
