Allied Universal is seeking an armed Security Officer for patrol operations in Raleigh, NC. You will protect clients in financial institutions, perform routine armed patrols, deter incidents, and maintain a secure environment for staff, visitors, and customers.

The role requires at least 1 year of armed security experience, an Armed Guard Card or License, and compliance with background checks and drug screening. This is a full-time, on-site position offering competitive pay and benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to employees, members, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally; report observations to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, ATM areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify authorization as required by site procedures.
• Complete accurate reports and logs in accordance with policy and site-specific rules.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Operations in Raleigh, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Armed Security Officer at a financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for members, visitors, and employees. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, members, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; communicate observations and incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, ATM areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required by site procedures, and assist with maintaining orderly entry and exit processes.
• Complete accurate reports, activity logs, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
