Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Experienced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Inspection in Raleigh, NC to protect clients in financial institutions and other facilities. You will conduct patrols, maintain a visible presence, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors, while delivering outstanding customer service.

As a Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a flexible schedule and access our Shift-claim platform.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and help maintain an orderly environment for clients, employees, and visitors.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

What You'll Do:
