Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer for a flexible, part-time enhanced role in Phoenix, AZ. You will operate fixed anchor shifts and have opportunities to pick up additional shifts through the scheduling platform to increase earnings.

The role requires an Armed Guard Card/License, high school diploma or equivalent, and strong customer service skills. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, with background and drug screening conducted as per law.

Qualifications

• Possess an Armed Guard Card/License.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Background and drug screening per local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations calmly and report via procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of the premises and parking areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor restricted access areas and verify credentials; report concerns.
• Complete activity logs and incident reports per site requirements.
