Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Enhanced Security Officer in Phoenix, AZ. This role offers reliable, fixed shifts at an assigned site with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform to increase earnings.

The position requires a high school diploma, an armed guard license (preferred), CPR/First Aid preferred, and a background check. It provides part-time hours with potential to grow into a full-time schedule up to 40 hours per week, depending on availability.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Armed guard card/license preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and protect personnel and property.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document actions.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter and observe for unusual activity.
• Maintain armed-post qualifications and complete incident and daily activity reports.
