Qualifications

• Armed Guard Card/License required.

• Must be 21 years of age or older for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures at a financial institution site.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly following escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of the business, perimeter, parking areas, and access points.
• Monitor restricted areas, verify credentials, and report suspicious activity or facility concerns.
• Complete required activity logs and incident reports as required.
