Allied Universal® in Waxahachie, TX is recruiting an Armed Security Officer Enhanced for part‑time, fixed shifts with the option to pick up additional hours. This role provides steady schedule and opportunities to grow within the industry leader.

You must meet state licensing requirements, hold a Level III Armed Certification in Texas, have a valid driver’s license, and be at least 21. The position offers hour-by-hour pay at $18.00 with benefits and training through Allied Universal.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with store leadership and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout retail sales areas, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe customer, employee, and vendor activity for unusual conditions, reporting security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Complete required reports and maintain awareness of site-specific policies, working environments, and conditions that may vary throughout the location.
