Job summary

Allied Universal, in Harlingen, TX, is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Level III Armed Driver. The role offers reliable hours at an assigned site with the option to pick up additional shifts via our scheduling platform.

You will provide customer service, perform armed patrols, monitor access, and report incidents per site procedures. A Texas Level III Armed Certification and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Level III Armed Certification (Texas) required.
• Minimum age 21 for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies, coordinating with leadership and responders.
• Conduct armed patrols of store, parking areas, and perimeter to deter theft.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity per site procedures.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and patrol documentation.
