Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Part Time Enhanced in Tomball, TX. This role offers fixed hours with the option to pick up additional shifts via our scheduling platform. Armed Enhanced position with a six-month anchor shift commitment and opportunities to earn more by working across sites.

Pay rate is $21.00 per hour. The role requires a Level III Armed Certification in Texas, a high school diploma or equivalent, and compliance with background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Possess Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Background check required by law for employment.
• Armed license preferred for the role.
• Must be 21 years of age or older for armed roles.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors per site policies.
• Conduct armed patrols of facilities and perimeter to deter incidents.
• Respond to alarms and incidents with calm, professional handling.
• Control access to restricted areas by verifying credentials and documenting observations.
• Carry and maintain assigned firearms and equipment per policy and law.
