Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, parking areas, delivery zones, and the perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific escalation and reporting procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious conditions, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required documentation related to incidents, patrols, and security-related activities.
