Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to store customers, employees, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Maintain a visible armed presence to deter theft and unauthorized activity at the retail location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of sales floors, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and in line with site procedures and laws.
• Document observations and incidents accurately and communicate concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
