Walden Security is actively seeking experienced Court Security Officers to provide armed security for courthouses under the USMS contract in Lexington, Kentucky. Duties include entrance control, roving patrols, and securing courtrooms with required reporting and incident documentation.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of verifiable law enforcement experience with arrest authority, a valid driver's license, and DOJ clearance. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualificações

• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record for past five years.
• Must have completed or graduated from certified law enforcement training academy.
• Able to provide certification as proof.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsabilidades

• Perform entrance control with security screening equipment and item checks.
• Roving patrol of court facilities and grounds.
• Stationary post assignments including CCTV and alarm systems.
• Provide armed escort services for judges and court personnel.
• Direct traffic and pedestrian control on facility properties where applicable.
• Enforce federal law and detain unauthorized individuals on government property.
• Prepare reports on contract performance, incidents, and security issues.
• Secure unattended courtrooms and test security devices beforehand.
