Planet is seeking a part-time Workplace Experience Coordinator for our Arlington, Virginia office. You will own the employee experience and space operations, blending facilities management with community-building and vendor oversight.

This role reports to the Director of Employee Experience and focuses on creating productive, welcoming environments three days per week. You will coordinate with IT, manage budgets and invoices, oversee safety, and plan local culture events to strengthen hybrid

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in an administrative role within a dynamic environment.
• Ability to manage a budget, process invoices, and handle multiple vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Planet, the building manager, and all service vendors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Manage local office safety program, conduct regular walkthroughs, and administer security and emergency preparedness.
• Coordinate with IT on network issues and ensure operation of critical office equipment.
• Own end-to-end inventory management for office supplies and kitchen stock with par levels.
• Oversee local office vendors (janitorial, catering, supplies, services) and renew contracts with the Director of Employee Experience.
• Manage local office operating budget, invoices, expenses, and vendor payments.
