Job summary

Air is the leader in Enterprise Readiness, and its Arlington HQ seeks an Operations Manager to own day-to-day performance, reliability, and the employee experience across facilities, AV/IT readiness, and space planning.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and highly detail-oriented, capable of balancing execution with strategic planning while collaborating with Operations, IT, vendors, and leadership in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in workplace operations or facilities management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in operations or related field.
• Ability to independently run day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of AV systems, conferencing tools, and workplace tech.
• Experience managing vendors, office moves, or projects.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on, proactive with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Arlington office operations and workplace readiness.
• Manage the Arlington Operations Specialist and provide direction.
• Oversee facilities maintenance, cleaning, access, furniture, moves, and space changes.
• Lead AV and workplace tech readiness with IT and vendors.
• Manage workplace vendors ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Uphold workplace standards and onboarding/offboarding readiness.
• Coordinate office projects and high-priority onsite needs.
• Identify process improvements to boost reliability and scaling.
