Job summary

Ledcor Group is seeking skilled Concrete Finishers to join our growing team across Arizona. This role focuses on constructing and finishing concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases that support telecommunications shelters.

Travel is required, with assignments throughout the state. The ideal candidate has residential or commercial experience, a commitment to safety, and the ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications while maintaining high workmanship

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification required or willingness to obtain soon after hire.
• Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher is required.
• Carpentry experience is an asset.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Construct and finish concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and project specifications.
• Set and align wooden forms.
• Perform finishing techniques including screeding, edging, troweling, raking, brooming.
• Be willing to assist other team members as needed.
• Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific requirements.
