Job summary

CSG Talent is seeking a senior Transportation Planning Client Leader to drive client relationships and market growth across Arizona. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on program delivery, coordinating with ADOT, municipalities and regional agencies to pursue opportunities and shape transportation planning initiatives.

You will mentor project managers and planners, lead multidisciplinary teams, and represent the practice at industry events while expanding the Arizona

Qualifications

• Significant experience within the Arizona transportation planning market.
• Proven track record leading senior-level client relationships in transportation planning or related consulting.
• Strong background in business development and pursuit of major opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop relationships with key transportation clients across Arizona.
• Strengthen relationships with ADOT, municipalities and regional agencies.
• Identify and secure new transportation planning and consulting opportunities.
• Develop account strategies for priority clients and markets.
• Support capture planning, proposals, and major pursuits.
• Maintain senior-level involvement across key planning projects and programs.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across planning, environmental, roadway, transit and related disciplines.
• Represent the business at client meetings and industry events.
• Mentor and support project managers and technical staff.
