Job summary
Wilson & Company in Phoenix seeks an experienced Transportation Project Manager to lead roadway and municipal infrastructure projects for ADOT and local agencies. You will manage planning, design through delivery, maintain budgets, schedules, and quality, and serve as a trusted client advisor.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams, develop pursuit strategies, mentor engineers, and expand the Arizona practice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
- PE license in Arizona or ability to obtain within four months of hire.
- Minimum of ten years in transportation/project delivery management.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams for ADOT/public agencies.
Responsibilities
- Lead client relationships and provide responsive project leadership.
- Manage projects from planning and design through delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including roadway, drainage, traffic, structures, and utilities.
- Develop execution strategies, staffing plans, and schedules to deliver projects.
- Oversee budgets, resources, risks, and quality control of reports and construction documents.
- Lead business development, opportunity tracking, and proposal development for ADOT and local agencies.
