Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years in A/E/C with a transportation focus.

• Strong business acumen with an aptitude for improving processes.
• Established client relationships and industry contacts in the local area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow WSP's transportation practice in the Mountain Pacific Region.
• Direct local client coordination and cross-selling with regional teams.
• Represent WSP at civic and industry events and build key client relationships.
• Develop growth and business development strategies with district and region leaders.
• Mentor staff and foster a collaborative, inclusive culture focused on safety and ethics.
