Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in A/E/C with a focus in transportation.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Planning, Business, or related discipline.
• Proven leadership, accountability and growth capabilities.
• Ability to innovate and rethink client and employee engagement.
• Strong business acumen and process improvement skills.
• Decision-making, strategic and visionary thinking with cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Established local client relationships and industry contacts in Alaska.
