Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in geotechnical/civil engineering with geotechnical focus.
• 15+ years of post-education experience in geotechnical design.
• Professional Engineering License in Arizona, or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for a growing geotechnical practice.
• Develop and retain a client base for high-level geotechnical services.
• Collaborate across lines of business to develop opportunities and projects with geotechnical aspects.
• Apply advanced geotechnical methods to projects from concept to operation.
• Lead large geotechnical projects, oversee budgets, hours and subcontractors.
• Mentor staff and contribute to professional development.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Geotechnical Engineering or Civil Engineering with geotechnical focus
