WSP is seeking a Transportation Director/Local Business Lead in Tacoma to drive strategic leadership across the South Puget Sound geography. This role collaborates with regional and national teams to grow the transportation practice, strengthen client relations, and deliver high-impact projects for public agencies.

The selected candidate will lead with vision, align with WSP's four pillars, and mentor staff while advancing safety, ethics, and performance across the district and region.

Formación

• 12+ years of experience in A/E/C with transportation focus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Planning, Business, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership, accountability, persistence and growth.
• Ability to innovate and rethink client/employee engagement.
• Strong business acumen and process-improvement mindset.
• Established client relationships and local industry contacts.
• Commitment to client service and ethical conduct.
