Job summary

Combined Selection Group Ltd is seeking a senior Transportation Planning Client Leader in Arizona to drive client development and lead strategic transportation programs. You will build relationships with ADOT, municipalities and regional authorities.

You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, influence major pursuits, and shape the growth strategy for the Arizona practice while maintaining senior project delivery involvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in transportation planning within Arizona.
• Proven ability in client development and securing opportunities.
• Strong leadership and senior-level client management.
• Experience working with ADOT, municipalities or regional agencies.
• Track record of shaping growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop relationships with key transportation clients across Arizona.
• Strengthen relationships with ADOT and regional agencies.
• Identify, pursue and secure new transportation planning opportunities.
• Develop account strategies for priority clients.
• Support capture planning, proposals and major pursuits.
• Maintain senior-level involvement across major projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across planning, environmental, roadway, transit and related transportation disciplines.
• Represent the business at client meetings and industry events.
• Mentor project managers and staff.
• Lead strategic delivery while expanding client and commercial leadership.
