The Contractor Consultants is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for an on-site role at our Arizona corporate office. You will oversee the delivery of a construction project on behalf of ownership, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and compliance while translating field activity into clear ownership guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive construction project experience across commercial or mixed‑use projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, contracts, quality, and safety.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore, MS Project or Primavera P6; certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors, designers, consultants, and inspectors.
• Provide owner-focused guidance and clear recommendations.
• Track progress, manage change orders, and monitor risks.
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting to ownership.
