BBA Consultants is seeking a Senior Construction Contract Administrator to join our team in Tucson, AZ. In this role, you'll play an instrumental part in managing construction activities and ensuring compliance with contracts during the execution of major mining and industrial projects.

You will interface with project managers and contractors, fostering strong client relationships while contributing to the successful execution of our projects. With a requirement of over 15 years in construction contract administration, this position offers a competitive benefits package and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong experience working on-site on EPCM or construction projects.
• Help minimize commercial risk and improve claim resolution outcomes.
• Solid understanding of construction contracts, commercial terms, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contractual compliance and commercial rigor from field execution through project close-out.
• Translate site decisions into clear contractual, commercial, and risk implications.
• Drive strong client service by aligning on scope, cost, and schedule.

Education

15+ years of experience in construction contract administration or project controls
