Job summary

Saiia Construction Company LLC is hiring an Onsite Construction Project Manager to lead civil and construction efforts on a multi-year project near Joseph City, AZ. The role requires 75% travel to worksites and active coordination with clients, subcontractors and vendors.

You will manage change orders, procurement, scheduling, and project financials to deliver a safe, on-time and on-budget project. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of civil engineering design and construction methods and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage field-based Civil and Construction projects, including change orders, submittals, procurement, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with client, subcontractors and vendors to ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery.
• Monitor and control construction progress and prepare monthly billings.
• Prepare field design changes and maintain project documentation.
• Assist in safety coordination and ensure compliance with safety plans.
