Qualifications

• Experience with design & bid formulation and project phase scheduling.
• Experience with Addenda and Bid process.
• Ability to facilitate site meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand project documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist on-site with design, bid, and project scheduling.
• Provide on-going updates on costs and schedules.
• Administer project sub-contracts and facilitate meetings.
• Prepare meeting minutes and maintain accurate records.
• Support QA/QC, RFIs/submittals, and change order reviews.
• Review As Built drawings and ensure contract compliance.
• Support CPM scheduling and basic budget management.
• Perform close-out activities and assist with occupancy.
