Job summary

Branom Instrument Company in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Outside Sales Engineer/Representative to manage the local territory, cultivate customer relationships, and drive pricing strategies. You will present solutions, quote terms, and support commissioning on-site or at trade shows.

With a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in sales, you will collaborate with Inside Sales, Technical Support and CRM (Odoo) to track opportunities and report performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preference for science/math/engineering; at least 3 years of sales experience.
• Ability to read/interpret business materials in English; must write reports and respond to questions.
• Experience with CRM (Odoo), project management software, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships in the Arizona territory and handle the full sales cycle from cold calls to post-sale support.
• Identify opportunities and product specifications, and present to end users and facility personnel.
• Develop relationships with client purchasing departments and coordinate pricing with Inside Sales.
• Oversee product commissioning support and travel across the territory to meet customers.
• Utilize CRM to track projects and opportunities and produce performance reports.
• Coordinate customer training and attend tradeshows or events on behalf of the company.
