Job summary

Express Flooring is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead Arizona's event strategy and build a strong local presence. You will create the calendar, run trade shows and community activations, and drive qualified leads and in-home appointments for our sales team.

You will recruit and coach a team of Brand Ambassadors, collaborate with the Director of Events, and continuously improve performance as the market grows, delivering tangible business results.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of field marketing or event marketing experience.
• Proven success planning and executing trade shows and activations.
• Experience recruiting and coaching event staff.
• Strong budgeting, ROI analysis, and performance tracking.
• Excellent organization and communication for multiple events.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the territory's event calendar to grow to 25+ events per month.
• Own event logistics, staffing, and on-site performance.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach a team of 10+ Brand Ambassadors.
• Track lead volume, appointments, event costs, and ROI.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize the market strategy.
