Buildforce is hiring an Account Executive in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you'll establish relationships within the construction industry, drive business growth, and act as the main client contact.

Successful candidates will have 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in construction, and will enjoy uncapped commission opportunities. The package includes a competitive base salary of $80k-$100k and stock options, aimed at fostering employee growth within this innovative company.

• 2+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in a construction-related field.

• History of building successful relationships in previous sales roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with leaders of electrical contractors in Arizona.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Present staffing solutions and negotiate contract terms.
• Attend workshops and conferences for professional development.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in a CRM.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to match candidates with client requirements.
• Work with the product team to improve contractor-facing products.
