Job summary

The Wonderful Company LLC is seeking a Shipping Lead to manage forklift operators in our shipping operations. You will ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, drive safety and efficiency, and supervise driver duties to support on-time delivery.

The Lead will provide direction and ensure compliance with our BRC initiative, coordinating with teams to maintain quality, traceability, and smooth warehouse flow. Compensation ranges from $22.00 to $27.00 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams preferred.
• Strong understanding of shipping procedures and forklift operations.

JOB SUMMARY:

The lead is responsible for all forklift operators in shipping. The Lead is accountable of all drivers following standard operating procedures or SW processes. The Lead is accountable for the safety and efficiency of the equipment the operators use. He is also required to perform driver duties. The lead is expected to provide direction and compliance around activities that support our BRC initiative.

Compensation- $22.00-$27.00/hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
