Job summary

POM Wonderful, produced by The Wonderful Company LLC, seeks a Production Supervisor for the Arils 2nd Shift in California. You will oversee juice and arils processing, sanitation, and cross‑functional collaboration to sustain product integrity and safety.

You will drive standard work sequences, monitor equipment, manage inventory, and lead continuous improvement efforts to meet production targets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years progressively responsible production supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and production processes.
• Familiarity with quality control, costs, and distribution optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of production workers, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities to meet targets while following centerlines.
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
• Enforce SOPs for Arils manufacturing and ensure quality standards.
• Monitor equipment and initiate maintenance when needed.
• Manage raw materials and packaging inventory to avoid interruptions.
• Ensure health and safety regulations and GMP compliance.
• Identify process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency gains.
• Maintain production records and KPI reports for senior management.
• Lead daily meetings and collaborate with sanitation to improve procedures.
