The Wonderful Company is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Arils 2nd Shift to lead a cross‑functional team in juice and arils processing, ensuring safety, quality and on‑time production. You will implement SOPs, drive improvements, coordinate maintenance, and manage inventory while partnering with QA, maintenance and logistics to meet daily targets.

The role requires 2–4 years of supervisory production experience, knowledge of lean manufacturing, and proficiency in MS Office and Oracle.

Formación

• 2–4 years of supervisory production experience.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and production processes.
• Experience with quality control, costs, and manufacturing distribution.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise a team of production workers with training and performance feedback.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities to meet targets.
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams for seamless operations.
• Enforce SOPs for Arils manufacturing to ensure quality and consistency.
• Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance as needed.
