Job summary

ARxIUM INC in the Chicago area is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure safe and accurate handling, and drive efficiency across receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.

You will supervise warehouse staff, coordinate workflow, monitor performance, and partner with Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Customer Support to resolve issues and improve inventory integrity while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of progressive warehouse, distribution, inventory control, or logistics experience.
• At least 2 years leading or supervising warehouse employees.
• Experience in manufacturing, regulated, medical equipment, or quality-focused environments is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise warehouse employees, including daily work assignment and performance feedback.
• Plan and prioritize receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Ensure accuracy of receipts and investigate discrepancies in ERP.
• Oversee timely picking and delivery for manufacturing, assembly, and orders.
• Maintain warehouse inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Monitor workload, staffing, and performance; escalate issues to the Manager, Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Establish standard work, visual controls, and safe, efficient product flow.
