Job summary

POM Wonderful LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Arils division on the 2nd shift. You will lead a production team across juice processing, arils processing, and sanitation, driving improvements in OEE and ensuring product integrity and safety.

Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $80,000 annually, with up to 5% bonus potential. This role requires coordinating with Quality and Maintenance to meet targets and uphold high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years progressively responsible production supervisory experience.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and experience.
• Knowledge of quality control, costs, and production processes.
• Ability to manage KPI reporting and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of production workers, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities to meet targets.
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Enforce SOPs for Arils manufacturing processes to ensure quality.
• Monitor equipment functionality and initiate maintenance when needed.
• Manage inventory levels of materials to avoid production downtime.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, GMPs, and food safety programs.
• Maintain production records and KPI reports for management review.
• Lead daily FMDS board meetings and coordinate with sanitation leads.
