So Cal Training Team Media Group is hiring a Client Care Coordinator (CCC) to supervise Direct Support Staff, manage daily home operations, and ensure services align with each client’s ISP. The role requires responding to after-hours on-call situations and maintaining required licenses and trainings.

The position is full-time and on-site, with an initial caseload and field oversight. It demands English proficiency, reliability, and strong organizational skills to support clients with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher or Licensed Psychiatric Technician required.
• Minimum 4 years’ management experience overseeing individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Background clearances must remain approved for all licensed locations.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Direct Support Staff and manage day-to-day operations in the home.
• Respond to after-hours on-call situations.
• Involve in delivery, oversight and management of client services in the field (100% of the time).
• Maintain compliance with Title 17, Title 22, Health & Safety Codes and company policies.
