So Cal Training Team Media Group in Santa Rosa, CA, seeks an experienced Adult Residential Facility Administrator to direct daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strong leadership to staff and residents.

The ideal candidate will coordinate IPPs, behavioral plans, and healthcare recommendations, supervise staff, and communicate with physicians, families, and Regional Center representatives to promote safety, dignity, and community participation.

Qualificações

• Experience in ARF administration or higher-level residential facility preferred.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and behavioral needs.
• Ability to communicate with physicians, Regional Center, families and staff.
• Familiarity with CA licensing and Regional Center services is ideal.
• Requires valid driver's license and willingness to drive.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of Level 6 ARF, ensuring supervision and resident support.
• Maintain compliance with California licensing and regulations.
• Provide leadership, training, and support to Direct Support Professionals.
• Coordinate IPPs, Needs/Services Plans, behavioral support plans.
• Communicate with healthcare providers and families; coordinate medical appointments.
• Oversee medication management and documentation.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and coverage.
• Promote resident rights and person-centered care.
