Job summary

So Cal Training Team Media Group is seeking an experienced ARF Administrator to oversee Enhanced Behavior Support Homes. You will lead operations, ensure resident care, manage staff, and ensure regulatory compliance in a California facility.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, organizational skills, and collaboration with families, healthcare providers, and community partners to maintain high-quality care and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations to ensure a clean, safe and supportive living environment.
• Ensure facility meets health, safety, and maintenance standards.
• Manage budget, track expenses, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Develop individualized resident care plans addressing needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for medical and therapeutic requirements.
• Coordinate resident services (transportation, medication, activities).
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff; conduct evaluations and development.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, health and safety regulations.
• Prepare for regulatory inspections and follow up on findings.
• Engage residents and families; lead care plan meetings and address concerns.
• Ensure infection control, emergency preparedness, and safety practices.
• Oversee billing, receivables, and financial accountability.
• Implement QA programs and lead improvement initiatives.
• Build partnerships with local organizations and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports on operations, staffing, and finances.
• Maintain accurate resident records and assessments.
