Compassion Pathway Behavioral Health LLC seeks an Administrator to oversee the administrative and management operations of Carlson Springs Adult Residential Facility. You will drive licensing, budgeting, HR, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with the regional leadership.

Responsibilities include maintaining financial records, supervising staff, and ensuring services align with client plans and California codes.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Associates degree in management or administration; substitutions allowed with experience.
• Minimum one year in a management or administrative role; three years can substitute for education.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with licensee on licensing and operations of the facility.
• Plan, organize, and direct all activities and management of Monte Vista.
• Develop and maintain accounting, financial, and tax records for the ARF.
• Perform human resources duties including handbook, hiring, training, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws and poster requirements.
• Ensure facility physical plant compliance with codes and regulations.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings regarding client needs and service plans.
• Coordinate services per client needs and applicable California regulations.
• Collaborate with Licensee and team to assess progress against goals.
• Arrange community programs for clients as needed; provide services for disabilities.
