Job summary

So Cal Training Team Media Group in Downey, CA is hiring an Administrator (ARF Certified) to lead daily operations in residential facilities. The role requires ARF Certification, a GED or higher, and at least 2 years of administrator experience in a Level 4 home.

Strong knowledge of Title 17/22 and care regulations is essential. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, IPP development, and ensuring health and safety standards while coordinating with regional agencies.

Qualifications

• Must have ARF Certification.
• CPR/First Aid certified and HIV/TB training every 2 years.
• Residential Specialist Certificate and DSP I & II.
• PART, CPI, or MAP certified.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Experience as Administrator in a Level 4 home (2+ years).
• Knowledge of Title 17/22, disabilities, and care regs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of adult residential facilities.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, evaluations and in-service ed.
• Maintain records and coordinate with Regional Center, Licensing.
• Develop and implement IPPs and ensure health/safety compliance.
• Liaise with community and professional services; screen staff/consumers.
