Job summary

Legends Global in Lincoln, NE, is seeking a Tech Services Assistant Manager to support IT and AV operations at Pinnacle Bank Arena and Pinewood Bowl Theater. You will be hands-on in a fast-paced arena environment, helping the Tech Services Manager ensure reliable infrastructure for concerts, sports, and events.

This role requires knowledge of Windows servers, networking, VoIP, IPTV, AV systems, and the ability to train staff, coordinate with vendors, and adapt to irregular event hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years in IT/AV operations in large venue setting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
• Experience with AV, IPTV, networking equipment and security systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Tech Services Manager with staff scheduling and training.
• Maintain and inventory network equipment and servers.
• Provide help desk support for Windows and venue software.
• Manage Windows Server and virtual environments (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Support AV/IT systems across lighting, audio, video, and control gear.
• Coordinate with contractors and departments for events.
