Legends Global / Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln, NE, seeks a Tech Services Assistant Manager to support IT and AV operations for events. The role blends hands-on technical work with staff leadership and coordination with the Tech Services Manager.

You will oversee Windows/Office 365, virtualization, telecom, and AV systems across arena venues, ensuring reliable performance during concerts, games, and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications and two years related experience or training.
• Strong IT/AV knowledge applicable to large venue operations.
• Capability to learn and manage a broad range of venue technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support staff under the Tech Services Manager during events.
• Maintain, repair, and inventory network equipment including PCs, laptops, servers, switches.
• Provide help desk support for Windows OS versions and Office 365.
• Manage Windows Server and VMware/HyperV environments.
• Maintain Allo VoIP systems and integrate with venue tech.
• Coordinate AV/IT systems for venues and events.
