Job summary

ASM Global seeks an Assistant Security Manager to support security operations at Pinnacle Bank Arena and Pinewood Bowl Theater. You will assist with live event security, staffing, training, incident response, and daily duties, coordinating with clients and public safety agencies to ensure a safe environment for guests, staff, and performers.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required as events occur regularly, with on-site leadership during concerts and sporting events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of related security/event operations experience required.
• Leadership and supervisory experience in security/event operations preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, staff, and public safety agencies during events.

Responsibilities

• Assist Security Manager in planning, organizing and evaluating security operations.
• Lead during concerts and events, supervise staff, assign posts, and adapt to event needs.
• Assist with staffing, screening, access control, crowd management, and emergency procedures.
• Coordinate with police, fire/EMS, and other agencies as needed.
• Develop and document security training for personnel and leads.
• Maintain confidentiality of security procedures and investigations.
