Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Operations Manager for Pechanga Arena San Diego. You will oversee daily venue operations, coordinate event support, and supervise staff to ensure high service levels and safety.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and regulatory knowledge to manage building operations, ice events, and contractor communications. Exempt position with full-time hours and on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or management with related facility experience.
• Ability to supervise, schedule staff, and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of operations, safety, and regulatory requirements for venues.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director in managing all aspects of operations for events and daily venue needs.
• Oversee training, assign tasks, and evaluate staff performance.
• Coordinate with contractors, security, and facility teams to ensure readiness.
• Maintain equipment, inventory, and compliance with safety policies.
• Handle payroll support and ensure accurate timesheet and timeclock data.
