Job summary

Oak View Group in Orlando is hiring for Arena Operations Staff to handle changeover and custodial shifts. You will set up and take down event elements, clean restrooms, VIP areas, and flooring, and support stage builds for concerts and basketball events.

The department offers flexible schedules and lets you pick shifts and events. This part-time role pays $16.00 per hour and includes a 401(k) Savings Plan with company matching.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with facility operations/changeovers is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects frequently and walk up/down stairs.

Responsibilities

• Changeover responsibilities: Perform general changeover labor as assigned in a safe and responsible manner; Event and building setups/teardowns for clients and sports team tenants; Supports stage builds for concerts and the basketball court multiple times per week, month, and year.
• Custodial responsibilities: Operate cleaning machines; Clean all areas of the facility pre-event, during the event, and post-event; Use cleaning chemicals safely; Perform other duties as assigned.
