Oak View Group (OVG) is seeking a Changeover Technician to support events at The Donald L. Tucker Civic Center in Tallahassee, FL. The role involves converting spaces for meetings, banquets, basketball games, concerts, and other events, plus setting up and breaking down furniture and staging.

The position requires physical labor and the ability to work around event schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed. This is an hourly, part-time role with ongoing opportunities.

Position Summary

The Changeover Technician will perform general labor duties as assigned. Duties included but not limited to building conversions for various events, set up and breakdown of chairs, tables, staging, soft-goods, etc.

This role pays an hourly rate of $15.75-$20.75

About The Venue

The Donald L. Tucker Civic Center features a 12,500-seat arena, 34 luxury suites, 476 club seats, over 54,000 sq. ft. of meeting and exhibition space and an arena view restaurant, the Spotlight Grille. The arena is home to Florida State Men’s and Women’s basketball and is known for its electric atmosphere and fierce home court advantage.
